Sunday, Nov. 1: Día de los Muertos in Covina
- Día de los Muertos at Forest Lawn–Covina Hills: noon, 21300 Via Verde Dr., Covina. This cultural celebration honors loved ones with altars, music and tradition. It is a meaningful way to close out the weekend.
Tips for Enjoying Inland Valley Events Safely
Plan your route ahead of time, since Halloween traffic builds quickly near Garey Avenue and the Claremont Village. Also, add reflective tape or a glow stick to kids’ costumes. Finally, park in well-lit areas and keep valuables out of sight.
